Shipping policy
- Order Processing Time : All orders for our Latititude20 Neck & Shoulder Massager are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
- Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates : We offer Free Insured Shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery time: 7-15 business days.
- Delivery regions: We currently ship to India Only. Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or local courier delays.
- Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your massager directly on our website under the "Track Order" page.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes : Latitude20 is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
- Damages & Shipping Insurance: Your massager is shipped with Full Transit Insurance. If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team at latitude20business@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim so we can send you a replacement immediately.
