Shipping policy

  1. Order Processing Time :                                                                                                      All orders for our Latititude20 Neck & Shoulder Massager are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
  2.  Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates :                                                                              We offer Free Insured Shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery time: 7-15 business days.
  3. Delivery regions:                                                                                                                   We currently ship to India Only. Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or local courier delays.
  4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:                                                                         You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your massager directly on our website under the "Track Order" page. 
  5.  Customs, Duties, and Taxes :                                                                                                Latitude20 is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 
  6.  Damages & Shipping Insurance:                                                                                         Your massager is shipped with Full Transit Insurance. If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team at latitude20business@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim so we can send you a replacement immediately.
